The line is complete and begins with the storage of potato flakes. These are then mixed in the correct ratio.
The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or other ingredients. An additional
big bag station available.
After mixing, the product is weighed and mixed further, after which it is fed to Rhoen's forming machines.
The Rhoen machines form the product; if desired, a filling can also be added internally. Then
the product to the breading drum and then to the shock freezer, where the outside is hardened to ensure good
to ensure packability.
After freezing, the product is weighed using a multihead weigher and packed in doypack packaging.
It then passes through the pasteurization tunnel, which ensures a longer shelf life. The packaging is then
blown dry.
Finally, a weight and metal check takes place, after which the products are automatically packed in boxes via a repacking machine
are packaged. The boxes are automatically stacked on pallets, after which the products are ready for transport.
