Description
• The VFFS is capable of speeds up to 30 packages per minute
depending size and product viscosity.
• The vffs has a pouch size range from 6" to 12" wide x 8" to 24" long
and a pouch fill volume of 16 ounces to 256 ounces.
• The unit is all stainless steel with AB controls.
• Will handle a broad range of pump-able products (pump not included)
including products with particulates up to 14" in size under hot or cold fill conditions.
• Ideal for products such as soups, sauces, condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise),
salad dressing, tomato-based products (pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce) liquid eggs, taco meat filling.
• Last running tomato based products.
• Requires 230 vac 3 phase electrical, 90 psi and 300 cfm of compressed air,
and 5 gpm of chilled water.
• Machine is priced to reflect some minor missing parts needed.
