WORKING CHARACTERISTICS
Premixing: the mixing tool, rotating at 4 or 8 m/sec. near the bottom of the hopper, sets the mix in motion in a drum-shaped movement
Smooth moist granulation: all grains are uniformly wet, so that a loose build-up granulate of up to 2 mm is produced. Larger lumps are beaten with the chopper tool

Damp granulation: 2 - 4 min (approx)
Discharge: 30 sec (approx)

Batch size for moist granulation: 280-350 kg (depending on the consistency of the recipe)
