FEATURES:
• 53 inch wide by 84 inch long by 36 inch deep "W" shaped / two-trough vessel, with a double-helix double-ribbon agitator in each trough.
o The ribbon agitators each consist of 25 inch diameter double-helix 1.75 inch by 1/4 inch ribbons outside 3 inch diameter shafts with pneumatic glands.
• Complete with new 6 inch by 6 inch square air-operated slide gate center bottom discharge outlets, one in each U-trough.
• Complete with hinged covers with safety / pour grids.
• Each ribbon shaft has it's own 10 HP 3 phase drive with gear reducer and chain-and-sprocket drive configuration.
• Food grade, sanitary stainless steel construction.
