All controls mounted on unwind. 3 motor drive, DC variable speed. (2) 15 HP motors;

edge guide, shear cut section. (3) 3” differential rewind shafts. 1-zone,
air-loaded differential rewind. Air-operated single differential rewind tension control.
Rewind arms with adjustable air cylinders for down pressure control using balancing
pressure system. Plain steel winding drums. 230 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle.
Reliance 3-motor SCR drive for slip core or locked core winding.
Slow down system using rewind arm position to sense diameter of rewinding roll.
