Ekra SERIO E2 Semi-Automatic Screen Printing Machine
EUROPE (Western and Northern)
The SERIO E2 is a semi-automatic screen printing machine designed for screen printing on a wide variety
of rigid and flexible substrates for small to medium production runs, R&D, and prototyping.
Screen printing area: 370mm x 450mm and 550 x 610mm for the E2 XL
Substrate thickness up to 30mm
Manual alignment via 3 micrometer screws and 2 cameras
Alignment accuracy: +/- 10µm
Uses any type of screen/stencil up to 740mm (29 inches) without an adapter.
The Ekra E2 is a semi-automatic screen and stencil printer suitable for depositing solution-cured conductive/semiconductor/dielectric materials onto rigid/flexible substrates.
Specifications:
Organic and inorganic materials in the form of viscous pastes/solutions can be deposited quickly and precisely under outdoor conditions on a maximum surface area of 370 x 450 mm².
Supplied with a manual optical positioning system that allows for alignment accuracy of ±10 µm.
Substrates ranging from µm to 30 mm in size can be printed on.
All types of screens or stencils for functional and commercial PCB solder paste printing can be implemented within a 620 x 740 mm² area.
The vacuum substrate mounting table allows for precise placement of both flexible and rigid substrates.
Ideally suited for large-area functional material deposition and for rapid testing of experimental metallic, semiconducting,
or dielectric ink recipes for the fabrication of organic/inorganic devices.
