Cross transport with conveyor belts separation of the workpieces via angular transfer
2. grooving machine for horizontal grooving for gaskets
Nutmor 3 kw with horizontal and vertical pressure rollers with air nozzle for cleaning the groove
3. inserting machine for gaskets into the grooves with automatic cutting of the gaskets
4. transfer conveyor belt to the Horizon Plus
5. Horizon Plus
Machine able to completely process door frames joined at 45°, with full electronic control.
Double-sided capping of the workpieces from 0-45 degrees.

The machine is controlled by an industrial PC that automatically manages all cycle operations.
4 axes are driven by brushless motors.
All working strokes are on high quality linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies.
Through the PC it is possible to have a direct connection to the company network.
