Rewinder: Pneumatic tensioning shafts for 76mm and 150/152mm cores
Friction shafts for 76mm and 150mm cores
The finished rolls are wound onto pneumatic tensioning shafts or friction shafts.
The rolls are removed by pushing them onto an unloading frame.
The machine is driven by AC motors.
The two AC motors of the rewinder are electronically controlled, which automatically reduce the speed of the winding shafts as the rewind diameter increases.
The winding characteristics can be entered and preselected.
The rubberized contact rollers are each mounted on two movable support arms.
The support arms are operated by pneumatic cylinders, which generates a uniform pressure.

Unwinder: Shaftless take-up of the parent roll with take-up heads for 76 mm and 150/152 mm cardboard or steel cores.

The machine is built as a compact design, with the shaftless unwinder
integrated into the machine frame.
The parent roll is taken up shaftless, using pneumatically tensioned and interchangeable heads with a diameter
of 76 mm and adapter clamping heads with a diameter of 150/152 mm.
These can accommodate cardboard cores.
