- Complete slicing and packaging line for GEA CFS MEGASLICER cheese, combined with a MULTIVAC R530 thermoforming machine, allowing it to be placed directly in trays at the end of the process.
- The package is completed by a recent chain of custody with a combined METTLER TOLEDO CM3350 (2025, never installed) integrating checkweigher and metal detector, as well as LOMA equipment, including a CW3 (2022) and an IQ3+E conveyor system (2021).
- There is also a HANDTMANN VF300B pusher, STEPHAN COMBICUT TC400 and TC300 mixers for the preparation phases, as well as BFR SYSTEMS ERMA 30C (2022) ultrasonic cutting equipment.
- The packaging part includes two POLY-CLIP SYSTEM ICA 8700 automatic double clippers (one of which is from 2020), as well as TOYO TT-8CN and MESOMA VMS 420 HP bagging machines.
- Several cutting and preparation equipment complete the set, with a DIXIE UNION UNISLICER 450 slicer, a HOLAC CHEESIXX 100 (2021) and a URSCHEL CC 2107 cheese grater (2021).
