FILL BY WEIGHT POUCH FILLER

This used / secondhand pouch / bag in box filler was used
to fill 5 litre and 15 litre bags and utilises load cells to accuacy of fill.
Operation of the filler is PLC driven and automatic apart
from loading and unloading.
C ap is removed and filling spout is inserted and the bags is placed
onto filler, once start button is pushed the bag is
then filled up to pre-determined weight,
a nitrogen purge (if needed) is then done,
the cap re-inserted and bag is removed.
All contact parts are stainless steel. A number of 5L and 15L
(high oxygen barrier) bags are available at cost.
