Fisher Ruckle EMF-28 Edge strengthening and trimming device

Edge strengthening and trimming of glue spliced veneer faces in grain or cross grain direction.
The ends are automatically reinforced with glue thread and exactly rectangular trimmed on both sides.
The Edgemaster eliminates splitting or cracking of the veneer and avoids repair work after further handling of the faces.

Veneer thickness (trimming and reinforceing mode): 0,3 - 1,5 mm
Veneer thickness (reinforcing mode only): 0,3 - 2,0 mm
Trim-off widths (each side): 10 - 350 mm
