Fisher Isotemp Hybridization Incubators are designed to process nucleic and protein blots derived from hybridization procedures.
Incubator heat is accurately controlled to precisely maintain the chamber temperature.
Temperature can be set between slightly above ambient and 85°C and is easily set by simple controls on the front panel.
A large, bright display shows actual temperature during operation.
The incubator features keypad protection, which prevents the set temperature from being changed.
This is useful when setting up a processing program where the unit will be unattended.
An offset temperature can be programmed to compensate for the actual temperature inside a typical sample loaded into the tubes.
