Food grade continuous tumble mixer is
widely used as a seasoning application system
for gently applying dry and liquid spices & flavorings,
to a wide variety of food products including potato chips,
tortilla chips, crackers, nuts, seeds, snack mixes,
popcorn, coffee beans, pet foods / pet snacks,
cereals, frozen foods, pasta, and shredded cheeses.
The ribbed interior of this seasoning applicator
mixing reel allows for the application of vegetable oils,
spices, seasonings and flavoring formulations
to delicate products with a minimum of product stress or breakage.

FEATURES:
30 inch diameter by 84 inch long stainless steel coating reel / seasoning drum:
Four (4) 1 inch high fixed triangle shaped flights.
9 inch long section with 3/16 inch perforations.
50 inch high infeed, 38 inch discharge height with height adjustable legs.
All food grade sanitary stainless steel drum assembly mounted on a painted mild steel frame.
Trunnion drive powered by 1 HP stainless steel shrouded motor.
208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
