Form gatherer with gluing, numbering, cutting and perforation which is used for gathering
of several individual paper forms on the top of each other with the help of a guide perforation
maximum operating speed is 137 m/min
at the entrance there are 6 combined feeding stations enabling work from zigzag packages up
to a maximum format of 12" or from rolls with a 70 mm sleeve up to a diameter of 450mm

The machine is equipped with:
gluing in the longitudinal direction and equipped with six nozzles from the manufacturer hhs
gluing in the transverse direction - additional gluing Applicator from the Tamarack
12 kW Strayfield drying oven
numbering unit with accessories for numbering 24" and 16.2/3" in three rows
double row crimping station
double-row longitudinal cut using circular knives
cutting and perforating station in the transverse direction with two exchangeable rollers
first for 16.2/3" (or 81/3" )
the other for 24” with divisions for 4, 6, 8 and 12 inches
delivery for cut-off Snap Out folders
aggregate for reverse folding into zigzag package for 8, 81/3 and 12 inch inches
