Electro-welded steel base, ribbed to ensure high rigidity.
The machine was designed to be compact, highly versatile, and easy to use.
The upper work units are raised by a top bar. Movement is read via an analog position indicator.
The machine is equipped with a protective enclosure for the glue pot and motors with tools. A large window provides excellent internal visibility and a safety microswitch.
The extraction system has individual connections located on the upper exterior of the enclosure.
The number and position of the connections depends on the machine configuration.
Integrated electrical cabinet with main switch.
All motors rotate at 12,000 RPM and are controlled by an inverter with adequate power, depending on the machine configuration.
Emergency mushroom buttons located at the machine entrance and exit.
Equipped with a traffic light for panel insertion.

PANEL CONVEYOR SYSTEM
The track is driven by a sturdy chain with a powerful coaxial gearmotor, reaching a feed speed of 9 m/min.
Rubber-coated pads with a high friction coefficient are attached to the chain to ensure maximum panel grip.
The upper pressure bar is made of steel with a double row of wheels.
A track guide with a flat, round profile is aligned with the upper bar to achieve maximum precision and ensure maximum straightness even under lateral loads.

CONTROL PANEL
The machine is controlled by an ergonomically positioned, intuitive operator panel with a 7" color touchscreen,
providing access to all functions, such as program changes, temperature adjustments, and workgroup activation.
The machine and its workgroups are controlled by a PLC electronic control system.
The control display shows:
feed speed
glue pot temperature
diagnostics and alarms
production statistics

MAIN FUNCTIONS:
The panel is read via a high-precision microswitch.
The glue pot is located under the edgeband feeder and is Teflon-coated for easy replacement and cleaning. It is equipped with heating elements of adequate power.
To ensure perfect glue application on the panel to be edgebanded, the glue pot moves on a 25 mm prismatic guide with a recirculating ball bearing slide.
Rolled edges up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm are loaded with a rotating roll holder. dia. 800 mm, occurs automatically through the motorized positioning of the edge.
