Fringand Deck Oven

Completely refurbished in 2021 by FRINGAND SAS (when the oven was moved).

This high-end oven offers 4 baking levels with decks
(20 mm thick refractory cement slabs)
measuring 84 x 121 cm,
for a total deck surface area of ​​4.07 m²,
in an optimized footprint of 170 cm wide x 160 cm deep (external dimensions).
Very economical, only 18kW at full power.

Equipped with EVCO touch controls, this oven allows intuitive
and precise control of temperature, cooking,
and steam production on each shelf (fully programmable).
TOPELEC technology integrates independent regulation
for each chamber, with an adjustable temperature
from 20 to 350°C, very even heat distribution,
and remarkable thermal restitution thanks to the 14mm diameter
stainless steel shielded heating elements on the bottom and roof.
