stainless steel construction, composed of:
Rinsing machine 12 noozles, double treatment with mobile nozzle, stainless steel floating grippers, external bottle neck blowing, air filtration kit and dummy bottles for sterilisation.
Deaeration station by vacuum pump and gas injection into the bottle.
16-valve gravity / slight vacuum filler with centralised level adjustment and automatic valve opening for washing.
Gas injector/leveller before corking.
Single-head corker for natuaral corks with vacuum system.
Production capacity: approx. 3,000 bottles/hour.
Available formats: cylindrical glass bottles Ø 69 / 72 / 78 / 85 / 110 mm. The machine is also equipped with universal adjustable stars on all stations.
Control panel for automatic positioning according to bottle format.
Inverter for speed adjustment.
Outfeed accumulation photocell.
