- Horizontal-drilling-unit, 1.5 kw motor, with multi spindle drill head with 3 individually single selectable drilling spindles, pitch 32 mm in X-axis
- Vertical top drilling unit, 1.5 kw motor, with multi spindle drill head with 3 individually single selectable drilling spindles, pitch 32 mm in X-axis
- Z-Axis NC-controlled, with ball screw drive and dynamic positioning, travel speed max. 150 mm/sec
- 2 gluing and dowel inserting units (one for 6 mm, one for 8 mm) with separate hopper feeds
- Desired dowel diameter is programmable by controller
- Machine frame length 2300 mm with working width 2300 mm remaining working width with 2nd gluing and dowel inserting unit is 2150 mm
- Y-Axis NC-controlled, with ball screw drive and dynamic positioning
- Retractable close-range glue nozzle for 6 bar glue system, glue nozzle mounted between drilling and inserting station.
- 8 Clamping devices for small workpieces (clamping shoe) workpiece length (Y) is min. 60 mm,
for machines with top drilling unit the maximum workpiece thickness (Z) will be reduced by 20 mm
- Safety package with 2-hand-start for 2-Field-Operation with vertical top drilling unit and with clamping device for small workpieces (clamping shoe)
- Pneumatic fence, consisting of 2 x 2 pneumatic cylinders (Ø 20 mm) built in the machine table in Y-axis at position 37 and 189 mm.
These 4 pneumatic cylinders are moveable UP and DOWN through selector switch.
