The GE Discovery STE 16 PET/CT is a high-performance hybrid
imaging system that integrates 16-slice CT with advanced PET capabilities,
delivering comprehensive anatomical and metabolic insights in
a single scan. Designed for oncology, cardiology,
and neurology applications, this system offers 2D and
3D acquisition modes, enabling precise disease detection and
treatment planning.

Equipped with BGO crystal detectors and a 6.3 MHU Performix X-ray tube,
the Discovery STE 16 ensures high-resolution imaging with
optimized dose efficiency. Its integrated gantry design,
featuring a slip-ring CT and multi-slice detector,
facilitates seamless workflow and patient comfort.
The system's advanced software suite supports a range of
clinical applications, including cardiac gating, dynamic imaging,
and iterative reconstruction techniques.
