A universal two-projection system for diagnostic examinations and
interventional procedures on the heart and blood vessels.

The Innova IGS 630 cardiac angiography system, featuring an integrated,
exclusive Revolution™ semiconductor detector that consistently delivers the
highest image quality, is designed for all types of diagnostic and
interventional procedures. With state-of-the-art image quality,
a new dose reduction system, and easy positioning,
the fully integrated Innova IGS 630 imaging system meets all clinical needs
for interventional and diagnostic vascular imaging.

The Innova IGS 630 system is a next-generation dual-view platform designed with
a focus on the following three factors:

Image performance: Further enhancement of image quality and expansion of
application range to meet the needs of the most demanding consumers.
User-friendliness: Enhanced human-machine interface for
the side-of-the-table control panel and new features for use in the treatment room.
Uninterrupted operation: reliable system design, characterized by optimal dosage and
the ability to connect to remote devices.

Innova IGS 630 Positioning Devices
The Innova IGS 630 dual-view system configuration combines GE's exclusive
floor-mounted frontal positioner with three-axis movement and a ceiling-mounted
C-arm with two 31 x 31 cm (12 x 12 in) flat-panel digital detectors.
These positioners, combined with an ergonomic table-side user interface,
provide easy access and control of the most important functions during examinations.

Front positioning device
The L-shaped holder can rotate around the vertical axis by ±100˚
(limit with motorized movement). The deflecting C-arm allows rotation from 117˚ for
the right anterior oblique projection to 105˚ for the left anterior oblique projection.
The C-arm maintains an inclination angle of 50˚ in the cranial direction and 45˚ in
the caudal direction. The combination of C-arm and L-shaped holder movements
provides deflection from -55˚ in the cranial direction to +45˚ in the caudal direction.
The C-arm can deflect up to 107 cm with the L-shaped holder rotation angle of 0 degrees,
which allows examination of the femoral region in most patients. Motorized movement
in all axes with a variable speed of 0-20 degrees/sec. Fully motorized system (8.9 cm/s)
for installing radiopharmaceuticals in the range of 89-119 cm. Distance from isocenter to
floor is 107 cm.

InnovaTrace function
The InnovaTrace feature increases the C-arm's slewing and forward travel speed to 20˚
per second by utilizing capacitive sensor technology and
optimized collision protection software.

Lateral positioning device
An isocentric C-arm on a ceiling-mounted L-shaped holder provides a
maximum tilt angle of 0-115° for the left anterior oblique projection,
as well as motorized tilt from 45° cranially to 90° caudally.
An additional isocentric-offset visualization tool allows for lateral plane movement of
20 cm. Variable tilt speed for biplane imaging does not exceed 10°/s.

The motorized detector mount (approved for use in X-ray systems) can move within
a range of 13-50 cm (the distance from the detector face to the isocenter).
The motorized tube and detector mount can move at a speed of up to 9 cm/s.

Variable focal spot to isocenter distance (71-88 cm) provides additional tilt
without interference.

Biplane positioning
Variable speed motor drives provide ease, speed and repeatability in positioning.

The compact design, which reduces space requirements, allows this system to be
installed in many rooms where there would not be enough space for
other dual-view angiography systems.

A single control panel for multi-axis movement, located next to the table,
provides motorized positioning of the LC and LP units. The systems can
be positioned either synchronously or sequentially,
in either anatomical or machine mode.

Automatic movement from the parking position to the isocenter or the 3D shooting and
rotation position is activated using the joystick on the control panel next to the table. The front plane is positioned automatically, and the LP unit moves to the isocenter or to
the designated intermediate stopping point for rotation shooting methods.
The automatic parking function is also activated using the same joystick.

Two positioning modes:
The machine's angled motion feature allows the system to be moved independently and
simultaneously along any of its three axes, providing maximum positioning flexibility
and optimal vessel profiling.
Anatomical angular rotation ensures reproducible and easy positioning regardless of
the orientation of the L-arm, allowing the operator to maintain the
desired projection while moving the L-arm for optimal patient access.
