Processing rates used by the current dairy:
Skim / whole milk - infeed flow 15.500 kg/h - evaporation 11.400 kg/h - outfeed flow 4.100 kg/h.
Skim / whole milk - infeed flow 17.000 kg/h - evaporation 12.300 kg/h - outfeed flow 4.700 kg/h.
