A semi-automatic line for bars - cookies
1. **Mixing of ingredients**: At the beginning of
the production process, ingredients such as flour, sugar,
cocoa powder, butter, milk and other additives are
mixed in certain proportions to make wafer dough.
2. **Making a thin layer of dough**:
The machines on the line shape the dough
into a thin layer that will be the basis for the wafer.
This is usually accomplished by using rolling pins
and other tools to shape the dough.
3. **Baking**: A thin layer of dough is then baked
in the oven to make it crispy and give it
the characteristic wafer texture.
4. **Adding the filling**:
After baking, one layer of filling is applied
to a portion of the dough.
The filling can be chocolate,
hazelnut or other flavors that make the wafer recognizable.
5. **Stacking and Cutting**:
An automatic line usually includes machines
that stack layers of filling and dough on top of each other,
forming a series of layers that will later be cut into individual wafers.
6. **Packaging**: At the end of the production process,
the wafers are packed into appropriate packages
which can then be distributed and sold.
