Rotary ice cup filling machine for 1,5-3,-5ltr,
with 3 filling heads in same Cup. With 2 x SS mobile platform
with place for boxes with buckets/lids, for easy refilling buckets and lids.
Each filling pipe inner diameter 28 mm.
Max bucket size oval outer length 340/ neck 324mm x wide: 140/134mm.
Stations: Cup dispenser, filler, tamper, lid dispenser,
lid tamper and ejector.
Doser (open close valve): up to 5,000 ml time controlled direct connected to freezer.
Outfeed conveyor 119 cm length and width 28,5 cm.
Machine has stainless frame doors with safety sensors.
Controls: Allen-Bradley and Allen-Bradley touch screen HMI.
