These powerful manual tilt kettles offers
the production kitchen top performance
with super efficient electric elements.
Jacket kettles utilise indirect heat via a vacuum of distilled water.
The vacuum causes the water to heat up to 122 degrees
Celsius for rapid boiling of stocks, soups, sauces and preserves.

Groen kettles are manufactured to a the highest

a very long and robust service.
They are also easy to maintain
with powerful 3 phase elements affording you excellent cooking control.
Cold water can added to the kettle via
the goose neck tap on the machine.
