Groen Model EE-80, 80 gallon, 304 stainless steel,
self contained electric, steam jacketed kettle with product per hour
depending on materials and application.
Equipped with 32 ID x 31 Deep, cooking pot with hinged flip off cover,
full jacket rated at 30psi @ 300 Deg F, with (2) 1 OD,
threaded jacket ports and temperature control dial with temperature gauge.
Slant bottom has 1-1/2 OD side bottom discharge port with 17 floor clearance
This non-tilting kettle is simple,
dependable and available in nominal capacities up to 100 gallons.
Stainless steel sheathing and insulation around the jacket,
plus a standard cover makes these units safe,
efficient and more comfortable to work around in the kitchen.
