Features all stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish
and t-316 stainless steel vessel and agitator, shrouded and insulated body
with national board rated (# 131760) jacket for 45 psi at 300 degrees f,
central stainless steel bridge with 2 horsepower Eurodrive motor
and gear reducer driving scraper agitator with new nylon finger scrapers.

230/4603 phase voltage, 6. 2/3. 10 amps, bridge has twin angular mounted spade
shaped baffles with supports mounted on each side of the central agitator,
two piece loose fitting covers, mounted on four SS legs with floor feet.

Recondition or rebuilding available including addition of all types of secondary agitators.
Formerly used in prepared foods manufacturing.
