The line consists of three main components:
• Thermally operating brushing machine Pol - Therma PT - 4
• Shearing machine FC - 1
• Complete extraction unit for dirt removal

1. Thermally operating brushing machine
This machine is used for brushing, opening, and shearing the pile of plush fabrics.
Contains:
• 2 transport rollers
• 1 brushing roller and 1 combing roller
• 2 electric infrared radiators
• 1 heated plate
• 1 beating roller with 5 bars
• Extraction chamber
The total power consumption: 38.4 kW
In 2025 wer replaced both infrared radiators.

2. Shearing machine FC1
This machine is used for shearing pile fabrics with low pile, such as plush, velvet, corduroy, etc.
Includes:
• 2 transport rollers
• Shearing cylinder with 24 spirals
• 13 cuts per cm
• Suction chamber
• Fixed bottom blade
• Total power input: 12 kW
• Automatic lubrication system for the shearing cylinder
The equipment operates at mains voltage: 400V and frequency: 50 Hz.
