Mould Flood Fill Station is with a
HACOS HM100 Chocolate Wheel/Moulding/Melting Machine, 100Kgs capacity,
230Volts, 50Hz, Variable Speed Stirrer & Wheel, Digital Omron Thermostat
Then through Mould Scrapers, Vibratory Conveyor, 2 x 90degree Turns,
Mould Turnover Device with HACOS HCP-500 Pump (Number 11093) to return chocolate,
Mould Conveyor to final Mould Compressor & cleaning/licking roller
Moulds then manually removed from line to place on Racks (included), to be manually wheeled into Chiller for cooling (chiller not included)
Then Moulds with formed outer shell can be put through a
HACOS RDM-Tandem Piston Depositor

8-Across, twin head for depositing one- or two-layer fillings into shell, can contain solid particles up to 4mms,

Through a
HACOS TrilTafel Vibratory Conveyor,

Moulds then placed again onto racks for Cooling, and after that (if required for pralines) the moulds can go through the HML-720S Line again for “backing off” of the product and then final cooling
