Herbst HRV 5-20 DP Vacuum Planetary Mixing and Kneading Machine

Equipped with a helical mixing tool and a scraper,
includes two (2) product containers
with a capacity of 5 liters each and eight (8) containers
with a capacity of 20 liters each.
The agitator drive is frequency-controlled with a power of 3 kW.
The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel,
except for the gearbox and motor.
All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel 14404/14435.
The static seals are made of FDA-compliant silicone,
while the shaft seals consist of an FDA-compliant PTFE compound.
The electrical connection is 3x400V+N+PE/50Hz.
The machine is controlled via a
Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 system with a touch panel.
The total machine weight is approximately 600 kg.
A wall-mounted control cabinet with dimensions of
800 x 600 x 300 mm (LxWxH) is included.
Additionally, the system features a
Single Advanced N1-90-6-80 heating
and cooling unit with a heating capacity of 6 kW
and a cooling capacity of 6 kW.
The dimensions of the heating/cooling unit
are approximately 820 x 640 x 1260 mm.
