Adjustment range in the Y direction: 0 - 50 mm (for a drill diameter of 20 mm)

- 1 horizontal drilling unit with 3 individually controllable spindles, spindle pitch: 32 mm
Adjustment range in the Z direction: -5 - 65 mm
- 1 dowel unit (at a distance of 32 mm from the drill spindle)
- 1 glue unit with adjustable glue quantity
- Glue flow monitoring
- Cleaning device for glue nozzle
- Standard dowel dimensions: 8 x 30 mm / 8 x 35 mm
- Vibration conveyor for automatic dowel feeding

GLUE LOW-PRESSURE PUMP
Double diaphragm pump 1:1 (6 bar) suitable for supplying low-viscosity glues.

GLUE REQUIRED
- Low-viscosity glue (Jowacoll 114.60) suitable for diaphragm pumps, viscosity approx. 350 mPas

PRE-GLUED DOWEL
The system can optionally be operated with pre-glued dowels.
- Supply via a container to be provided on site (capacity approx. 10-15 l)

Note:
The system may only be operated with distilled water.

- Ambient machine temperature: +5 to +40°C
- Ambient glue temperature: See glue manufacturer's specifications

PowerControl control system
Including pneumatic feed rate control (for hard workpieces or edge materials)
