Hoppe KR-5 Brittle cooking stirrer

With copper kettle and gas burner.
The machine is versatile for many roasting purposes,
such as making brittle or praline masses,
melting sugar and other cooking and mixing purposes.
Sets of up to approx. 5 kg are processed,
with the average melting or roasting time depending on the intended use,
the percentage of sugar and the degree of roasting.
The agitator arm with the planetary rotating agitator blades is
driven by a geared motor, which ensures good
and gentle circulation of the food to be roasted.
After completion, the agitator is moved out by a motorized spindle
and the boiler is also tilted by motor.
