This professional and complete 8 stations collator (with vacuum suction feeder system) collates and produces magazines, books, booklets (different sizes) and blocks in one handling job.
The sheets are collated and delivered to the SPF and FC booklet maker for wirestitching (2x Hohner), folding, trimming and further delivery to the conveyor belt.
This is done completely without any manual labour.
Settings can be made on the simple operating panel for programming, counter, batch counting, double sheet, no-sheet etc.
