The cover stock is glued to the spine of the book and clamped for a clean, square finish.
Simple to operate, the Horizon BQ150 perfect binding machine requires no special skills and can be operated simply by reading the instruction manual.
The book spine is notched using a rough cutter for excellent glue penetration and a truly solid binding to ensure a perfect finish.
The Horizon BQ150 features a unique and powerful clamping mechanism that produces a clean and professional book spine with every bound document.
Spine thicknesses range from 1 to 30 mm, and the maximum spine length is 320 mm.
The maximum operator speed for this machine is approximately 200 cycles per house for perfect binding and 120 cycles per hour for padding.
The Horizon BQ150 warms up in approximately 20 minutes, making it an ideal solution for short-run digital perfect binding.
A particular advantage of the Horizon BQ-150 is its ability to bind A4 landscape books. Most large binderies do not have this capability.

Spine Taping - Using clear PVC cover sheets for stunning presentations
Padding without cover - For office notebooks
