Fast, accurate, and flexible, the Horizon HOF-400 high speed feeder is ideal for digital booklet production.
The system is compatible with functions such as cover feeding, sheet insert, variable page count, bleed trimming, and creasing for digital printing.

HIGH SPEEDS:
High speeds: Capable of handling the output of multiple printers, the HOF-400 can feed at a speeds up to 25,000 sheets per hour (11” x 17”) or 35,000 sheets per hour (8.5” x 11”)!

Control via a touchscreen with graphic symbols offers intuitive operation,
and along with the machine’s automatic setup system that doesn’t require tools, it guarantees short setup times between orders.

The StitchLiner 5500 represents a combination of high speed feeder for digital printing paper HOF-400 and a saddle stitcher

Horizon’s 4-page signature concept scores and then folds, thus eliminating the time-consuming intermediate folding process required for 8- and 16-page formats.
The SPF-30 quick change saddle stitcher delivers high quality stitching on booklets up to 10mm thick.
The in-line three knife trimming provides complete, high-quality finishing on even the thickest booklets.
The U-shaped layout is floor-space efficient and very convenient for the operator to monitor the system without running back and forth.
