Hosokawa, Ter Braak TBT-100 Cooking stirrer

The batch cooker is designed with a bolted steel kettle
on the bottom and has an upper stainless steel outer kettle
and a copper inner kettle. It is controlled via a separate control cabinet.
The closed cooking kettle is double-walled for heating
with steam and has a loading nozzle on the top,
as well as a flap with a viewing window.
A ball valve with a handle is mounted
on the floor for emptying the machine.
A pressure gauge for pressures from 0 to 16 bar is fitted
for the steam connection.
Furthermore, a manometer for vacuum from 0 to -1 bar is mounted,
the vacuum pump is available separately.
The agitator is also made of stainless steel
and has stable cross braces, as well as wall
and floor scrapers made of Teflon.
