HOT GLUE LABELER FOR 3 AND 5 KG ROLLER CANS
Labeling machine for cylindrical containers or rolling cans of
150 ∅ of 3 Kg. and A-10 5 Kg. and for the olive sector A-6, A-10, A-15,
wrap-around labels, with hot glue in the first operation
(label gluing), and cold glue by injection in the second operation.
Labeling occurs as the cylindrical container passes
along a rectilinear trajectory that is driven by belts that guide
the containers while distancing them
and keeping their speed of passage constant.
The A350 has a productivity of 200 cans per minute,
having a speed variator that regulates the labeling machine
in the can labeling process, in more or less quantity to be labeled,
depending on production needs. Due to its design,
it is a highly versatile labeling machine,
and completely accessible, which facilitates its handling
and maintenance, complying with the E.C. regulations.
