FEATURES
Advanced analysis with comprehensive connectivity options
Validated by more than 30 years of research, design and
clinical experience, the Zeiss Humphrey HFAII 750i is
the accepted standard of care in glaucoma diagnosis and
management. With over 65,000 installed units worldwide,
the HFA is the premier automated visual field analyzer.

World standard of care
All major clinical trials have relied on the Humphrey*
Connectivity to office network and EMR**
Enhanced Guided Progression Analysis (GPA) –
identifies statistically significant progression automatically
Visual Field Index (VFI) – intuitive new global index to
determine percentage of field loss.
STATPAC – compares results to proprietary age-normative and
glaucoma databases
SITA-SWAP – for early detection, reduces blue-yellow threshold
test time to only 4-6 minutes***
Kinetic, Custom, and Social Security Disability testing provides a
wide range of special purpose testing protocols
HFA-NET Pro with EasyConnect RCT – provides plug-n-play
connectivity solutions to improve practice efficiency
Enhanced exam reliability – patented system automatically tracks
and aligns head and eye position
DICOM and DATA EXPORT license – for comprehensive connectivity,
FORUM integrates all of your ZEISS instruments – not included – valued at an additional price
Touch-screen and menu-driven interface for simple operation
Ergonomic design for maximum comfort and versatility

Humphrey fixation monitoring tool
The Zeiss Humphrey HFAII 750i ’s fixation monitoring
automatically tracks and aligns head and
eye position to promote exam reliability.

Monitoring and maintaining patient’s eye position with
the Humphrey:

Gaze tracking is a unique fixation tracking system that records if
patient is fixating properly while each stimulus is presented.
Head tracking ensures proper alignment of the head and
eye relative to the trial lens holder.
Video eye monitoring helps to position the test eye in the center of
the trial lens holder and monitor the patient during testing.
Vertex monitoring uses the distance between two corneal reflexes to
determine if the patient has moved too far back from the trial lens. The software will flag the movement and ask the operator to realign the patient or re-initialize the system.
Humphrey Field Analyzer II-i SITA Testing Strategies

SITA Strategies are not only fast and accurate, but also friendly on
the patient. Using timing techniques,
SITA is extraordinarily responsive to patient reaction times.
The patient runs the perimeter, rather than the reverse.

SITA testing strategies available on the HFA II-i:
SITA Standard: A threshold testing method which collects the
same amount of information in half the time as the original
Humphrey® Full Threshold standard algorithm,
without compromising test reproducibility.
SITA Fast: A threshold testing method that collects the same amount
of information in half the time as FastPac,
without compromising test reproducibility.
