IANNELLO INOX MC 300 COOKER

The IANNELLO INOX old series cooker is ideal
for melting and stretching low- and high-moisture stretched-curd cheeses
(provolone, pizza cheese, caciocavallo, processed cheese),
powdered products, spreads, food preparations,
mozzarella analogues, and processing casein, margarine, proteins, etc.
Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Production: 300 kg/batch
During processing, water can be added automatically
by setting the desired amount on the display.
Once the process is complete,
the hot product is discharged from the machine
by opening/closing the outlet door,
controlled by a pneumatic system.
