Model RTL-6 eye drop filling and capping unit.
Diameter up to a maximum of 55 mm and height up to a maximum of 135 mm.
Two Watson Marlow peristaltic pumps. Double reducer application unit (dropper) that simultaneously inserts two reducers.
Capping station consisting of one capping head with a magnetic clutch.
Production of up to 6,000 bottles per hour, depending on the volume to be filled (specified by the manufacturer).
The machine comes with automatic dropper and cap loaders with an orientation hopper and linear channels for transporting the droppers and caps to the respective work stations.
Maximum production: 6,000 p/h.
Electrical: 380 V 3Ph + N+T - 50 Hz.
