Capacity – 500kg per hour.
Freezer cycle time – 20 minutes.
Freezer Temperature 15C to 18C depending on product.
Wind tunnel with powerful fans to circulate the air.
Variable speed drive with forward and reverse.
A sound sensitivity device to stop the mechanism if any unexpected sound occurs.
Camera and screen for viewing inside of tunnel.
Fully portable in a 20-foot container.
