This spiral freezer is in excellent condition
(maintained by Frigoscanida/JBT via a maintenance contract, 37,000
(business hours) is designed for a production
capacity of approximately 3,000 kg/h based on freezing
dough products from an input temperature of +25 °C to an core temperature of -18 °C. With this spiral freezer it is
possible to reach a freezing capacity of 4,000 kg/h of products, depending on the product data, by
use the 4th extra cooler that is usually on standby (sequential defrost) for extra cooling capacity
(520 kW)
