JF LF 600/6 Vial Washer

- Italian-made JF brand vial washing machine, model LF 600/6, with a production capacity of 8,000 vials/h for 12 and 15 ml formats.
- The machine can handle maximum formats of 20, 50, and 100 ml.

- The machine consists of:
- Height-adjustable vial loading belt for different formats, with electronic speed control.
- Guide group with oscillating motion to facilitate the entry of vials into the washing station.
- Vial lifting group to the washing group.
- Washing group, where the vials are washed inside and out through several stations, allowing washing with purified water, distilled water, and compressed air to facilitate the removal of water from the vials.
- Unloading unit, where the vials pass from the washing unit to a tray collection unit. This unit can be disassembled so that the vials then enter a sterilization tunnel directly.
- Water filtration equipment. This equipment has filters for compressed air and different types of water, with corresponding sensors to verify fluid pressure.
- Purified water recirculation unit. This unit consists of a tank where the distilled water that previously performed the final vial wash is collected. A pump and filter pump it through the tank to perform the initial vial wash.
- Electrical panel housing the components that control machine parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed.
