The “Goldeloxal-Decor D.B.G.M.” system makes the surface of the valuable heating plates extremely hard.
This results in no scoring, reduced consumption of release agents, shorter working time, no film wear and higher quality veneer work.
At the heart of the hydraulic quality press is the hydraulic unit, securely installed in the center of the lower part of the press.
This design prevents damage to the motor, pump and other units.
The motor, valves and two-stage high-pressure pump are maintenance-free at Joos.
With the dynamic piston bearing, the pistons are not bolted to the pressure table but instead rest dynamically on a planed support surface under the pressure table.
The table is prevented from tilting and moving by a column guide.
A precision rack and pinion parallel guide ensures the synchronization of the printing table.
