and the Josper PVJ-050-2 Basque Grill with double grill in
a single module. Recommended for approximately 120 guests.

Charcoal Oven: Average heating time of 35 minutes,
cooking surface of 760 x 510 mm (2 stacked grills)

Basque Grill: Heating time of approximately 20 minutes,
cooking surface of 500 x 510 mm (2 side-by-side grills).

as well as the oven's 5 internal braising levels.
