JP 80 CRJ 2200 Extrusion coating plant

JP 80 CRJ 2200 is designed for coating of LDPE on HDPE fabric and PP on PP fabric
with coating width from 1’200 mm to 2’050 mm and thickness of LDPE Film from 20 microns to 100 microns.

Consisting of the following:
• 80 mm Extruder with Bimetallic Screw & Barrel
• Hopper Loader
• Manual Screen Changer.
• Carriage.
• 2’250 mm T'Die (Coat Hanger Type).
• Turret Unwinder with Edge Guiding System
• Pneumatic Caliper Brake system on both sides of Unwinder stations along with Diameter Sensors
• Hotplate
• Laminator Unit.
• Manual Edge Trimming Device.
• Surface Winder.
• Temperature Control Panel.
• Drive Control Panel
Machine is still fully installed and in perfect working condition.
