The JUKI RS-1 (2017) is a high-speed,
high-precision SMT pick and place machine designed for flexible,
single-platform component mounting.
It features JUKI’s TAKUMI 8-nozzle head system,
delivering fast, accurate, and versatile placement in
a compact design. It is widely used in LED,
consumer electronics, automotive electronics,
and high-mix SMT production, offering up to 47,000 CPH speed
with ±0.035 mm accuracy. Built for efficiency,
it enables high throughput, minimal changeover time,
and broad component compatibility in a single integrated system.
