Kallfass Universa 800 + Compact 950 DD Automatic side sealing machine

Fully automatic side sealing machine
for packaging products - regardless of their length -
with full wrap and without film overlap.
The product is fed via a conveyor belt
while simultaneously being wrapped
in a half-tubular film via a forming shoulder.
After the product is wrapped in foil (LD-PE or PO),
the cross-welding is carried out using
a permanently heated welding system.
The longitudinal weld is produced by
a continuous side welding device.

Wear parts, defective parts, were replaced.
The machine was technically tested
by Kallfass and is fully functional.
