Original Maliwatt machine with the original cabinet label "Typ Maliwatt", manufactured in 1987, with a working width of 2400 mm (2.4 m). The Textima manufacturer's nameplate identifies it as type number (Kenn-Nr.) 14010, machine number 16611, with acceptance stamp TK07. It is a solid machine weighing 4300 kg, operating on a three-phase power supply of 380 V / 50 Hz with a control voltage of 24/220 V, a rated current of 21/12 A and an associated load of 6.0 kW. The machine is complete with an electrical cabinet and operator control panel, and the sewing/needle area, drive side and main rollers are in place as shown in the pictures.
Maliwatt mechanically connects fiber mesh (bata) to sewing thread, producing non-woven textiles bonded by sewing without adhesives or thermal bonding. Typical product includes cleaning and wiping cloths, shoe and bag lining, mattress and upholstery components, geotextiles, filtration and insulation materials, as well as a wide range of technical textiles or recycled fiber textiles.
