1 Linear Labeling Machine for Glue Labels
Straight-feed machine for applying a shield or wrap-around label
(with glue) to cylindrical containers.
Adhesive height: 205 mm (optionally 255 mm possible)
with traditional strip gluing.
Label length: 80 – 335 mm (e.g., 99 mm, 850 g can)
Output: max. 9,000 containers/hour, without restrictions,
as label lengths are independent.
Frequency-controlled with fully automatic speed control.
Labeling process triggered by photocell.
Including glue pump with heater and stainless steel lid.
Silver-gray paint finish.
This machine comes from a small factory and has only been used sporadically,
therefore its condition is excellent. However, it has been technically
and visually overhauled and is therefore in perfect condition.
Includes a 6-month warranty on mechanical parts (excluding wear parts).
Sold with one format set of your choice;
additional format sets are available for an additional charge.
Optionally available: Extended enclosure, belt extension, inkjet printer,
adhesive labeler for lid labels, fixed or rotating collection
table at the exit and/or inlet.
