1. Main washing zone:
with a centrifugal pump with 2.2 kW
(900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) distributed across a
total of 60 stainless steel nozzles, enabling
thorough cleaning on all 4 sides.
A plate filter ensures that the washing solution is
constantly cleaned and continuously filtered.

The crates are transported via a spiral
(KITZINGER utility model), which ensures
precise crate separation and unhindered
impact of the washing solution from below in
combination with a slight crate tilt for
improved cleaning of all sides.
2nd zone: Rinsing area:
fresh water is used to thoroughly spray the products
cleaned in the machine from all sides.
The fresh water must be at least 40°C when fed into the
machine and is heated to approx. 80°C in the system.
Approximately 300 l are required per hour.
